Change
icons in Windows XP
The most
of my icons are made for Windows XP and Vista, a few of these
icons I made useable for Macintosh OSX and Linux.
I
use IconPackager to change
my Windows icons. IconPackager is a desktop-enhancement utility
that lets you change all the common icons used by Windows
at once by applying "packages" of icons to them.
You can download these packages at websites such as WinCustomize.com,
DeviantArt.com or create your own by replacing the icons of
individual items on your computer one by one, then saving
them as an icon package.
Version
3.2 adds support for Windows Vista icons including the new
live folder icons.

Another
way to change your folders is iColorFolder.
With the little tool iColorFolder you can change the generic
Windows XP folder icon and by a right click change the colors
of the folders. It works without any problems and need no
CPU capacity. In the skinpack on the website are my XPlastic
(v1) folders integrated

E-Mail
from Kemern Aran:
Hi,
I`m the author of iColorFolder, and I`m making a iColorFolder
Skinpack that collects the most beautiful skins I can find.
I`ve seen your XPlastic skin and wanted to ask you permission
to include it in this pack, obviously giving you full credits.
Thanks,
KemenAran
